Mill Pond House Policies
- All accommodations are on the 2nd floor.
- A complimentary continental breakfast is included.
- A third person in the room w/ private bath can be accommodated for a $25 charge
- Rates are subject to 9% Maine lodging tax
- Open MAY to OCTOBER.
- Personal checks, VISA, MASTER CARD are accepted.
- Reservations will be held with a credit card number.
- Cancellations must be received and acknowledged two weeks prior to reservation date, or will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay.
- Children over 10 years old are welcome. The room with private bath is the only room available where accommodations can be made for one child .
- Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
- NO smoking is permitted inside. You are welcome to enjoy the front porch.
- Check in: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check out 10 :00 a.m.
- Earlier or later arrival times can be accommodated with prior notice.
